How it works:

METHOD 1 :Payment with Credit/Debit Cards/Bank transfer/ SEPA/ Appel Pay/ Google Pay/Samsung Pay ( We have partnered with Moonpay to provide a secured fiat-on-ramp service)

  1. For your first transaction using this option, we recommend usining your mobile phone with camara as you will be required to verify your account by uploading your ID and a selfie.
  2. This is a blockchain transaction and you'll be redirected to our Moonpay Payment Partner and normally takes between few minutes to an hour.
  3. Initially, your bank may decline your transaction requiring you to approve through a voice call/SMS or OTP sent to your phone. Please follow up with your bank in such case.
  4. Track your transaction status till the end as further verification may be required.
  5. Transaction limits: $20- $10,800 and is available in +40 Fiat currencies.
  6. List of authorized countries.

A. For users in the USA (We recommend using Cashapp).Please take the following steps:
